Thank you for shopping with us at ZenShop. We’re dedicated to ensuring you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with our products, we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
Return Window
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
How to Return an Item
In the event that your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, here are the steps to return an item:

Request a Return: Contact our customer care team at support@zenshop.com with your order number, and indicate the items you would like to return.

Prepare the Package: Place the item(s) in original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.

Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by ZenShop. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@zenshop.com and send your item to our returns address mentioned above.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you that we’ve received your returned item. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
